We prefer our doctors to utilize our integrated Portal for sending cases.
After creating your Labzona account, you may utilize the portal to send digital scans as well as physical impressions.
HOW DO I SEND A CASE?
PHYSICAL IMPRESSIONS
After creating your account on our Labzona Client Portal, you may schedule pickups through the portal. A digital RX form can be downloaded Here. To achieve best results, the doctor is required to fill out the necessary case details accurately.
DIGITAL IMPRESSIONS
Begin by logging into your Labzona Client Portal and completing the electronic lab slip, ensuring all patient details and restoration instructions are clearly specified. Once your prescription is created, simply select your intraoral scanner to electronically transfer the 3D scan files directly to our laboratory. All files, including the scan, the prescription, and any supporting photos you upload, will be automatically linked to your case in our system.
