Archline Dental Arts accepts both physical and digital impressions.

We prefer our doctors to utilize our integrated DDX Portal for sending cases.

After creating your DDX account, you may utilize the portal to send digital scans as well as physical impressions.
HOW DO I SEND A CASE?
PHYSICAL IMPRESSIONS
To achieve best results, the doctor is required to fill out the necessary case details accurately and submit the electronic prescription in the DDX portal. They will then physically ship the impression (or model) to Archline Dental Arts, using a shipping label that can be generated through the DDX workflow.
DIGITAL IMPRESSIONS
Begin by logging into your DDX portal and completing the electronic lab slip, ensuring all patient details and restoration instructions are clearly specified. Once your prescription is created, simply select your intraoral scanner to electronically transfer the 3D scan files directly to our laboratory. All files, including the scan, the prescription, and any supporting photos you upload, will be automatically linked to your case in our system.
